Day-to-day, you will be working cohesively with an outstanding and dedicated Class Teacher, you will benefit from a structured training program. As a SEN Teaching Assistant in general, you will be managing smaller intervention groups and individual sessions.

Person Specification for SEN Teaching Assistant
You will have the skills to work effectively in challenging situations and wholeheartedly contribute towards all aspects. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will have the drive to motivate and inspire your pupils to work hard and maintain your enthusiastic manner throughout the school day. To be considered for this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you must be a particularly ambitions graduate who has earned a second class degree or better and previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role.
