Due to a major project win we are looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join an international, market leading Engineering Design and Project Management Consultant in their impressive Central London office.

This role is a great opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to get involved with one of the leading names in the market and really progress their career within M&E Design on some world renowned projects.

THE COMPANY

One of the world leading Built Environment Engineering Design Consultancies.
Impressive Central London office, close to major transport links.
Very prestigious projects including aviation, major mixed-use, iconic buildings and sports stadia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high quality electrical services design including analysis, calculations development of schematics and equipment schedules.
Face to face liaison with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Undertaking lighting and cable calculations using software such as Dialux, Amtech and Hevacomp (electrical) as well as producing small power layouts and equipment schedules.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

Degree or Equivalent Qualified in Electrical Design or Building Services Engineering.
Working knowledge of UK standards.
Ideally a Chartered Engineer with a recognised industry body such as CIBSE or the IMechE.
Broad range of project experience and working knowledge of Electrical services design and project delivery.
Knowledge of design and calculation software Amtech, Dialux, Relux.
