Credit Controller

My client, an international advertising agency, is looking for a switched on credit controller to join their team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a credit controller with 2 years experience; seeking a step up in responsibilities in a professional, mature work environment.This role also grants the right candidate incredible exposure to a well performing global collection team where study support is provided and learning/training is encouraged and supported.

The Key Responsibilities include:

• Raising invoices for 500+ clients across a £30m ledger


• Making 35-45 quality business to business collection calls during each shift


• Accurately investigating queries and liaising internally with senior management


• Allocation of cash, cheques and credit card payments


• Accurate Reconciliations across high value, high volume ledger


• Researching cash receipts, matching and posting of receipts.


• Resolving payment related queries in a timely manner


• Interacting with high net worth clients, remaining professional at all times


• Serving as a main point of contact to all resolution of Credit Control queries
