FX SALES - New Business Executive
Our company is a fast-growing Foreign Exchange boutique based in the City of London. We specialise in providing currency conversion and risk management solutions to UK companies and individuals with international business. Unique to Foenix is our approach to customer service where we aim to forge long term relationships by delivering pro-activity, a focus on risk management and genuine markets expertise. We are currently expanding our sales team, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to work in a dynamic and expanding environment.
Job Description
Within an exciting and growing team, the key function is to identify and engage new business opportunities. The process could be broken down as:
1) Identifying new business prospects and lead sourcing through multiple channels
2) Establishing contact with clients
3) Developing dialog and identifying key opportunities
4) Securing customer buy-in

The ideal candidate will aspire to the highest standards in their approach to work. We would like excellent interpersonal skills to combine with ambition, determination and an excellent work ethic. Successful candidates will need to be able to contribute in a team environment while self-motivating to drive the growth of their client pipeline. A keen interest in foreign exchange markets is essential along with an ability to tailor their style and sales pitch to suit the particular opportunity.
Minimum requirements include:
– 1 yr+ sales experience
– 6 months in corporate FX
– natural sales ability that is successfully transmitted through their phone manner
– at least a basic understanding of FX products with the desire to develop foreign exchange technical and market knowledge
