Location: – Central London

Salary: – £20,000- £22,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

OTE £40,000-£45,000 in 1st Year

£50,000+ in 2nd Year

£75k+ in 3rd Year

Trainee Recruitment Consultant- The Role

As a Trainee Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the needs of these clients through actively acquiring and headhunting candidates, creating a database of high calibre professionals. Responsibilities will include:

Industry leading basic salaries: £20,000 – £22,000 (depending on location) plus uncapped commission. Monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives including lunches, trips and various incentive schemes.
