Project Manager - Software Implementation

These positions can be based from home anywhere from Northern England to the South East. There will be regular UK travel

We are seeking two Project Managers with experience of Cloud-based software implementation. The positions have been created to cater for my clients continued success in the arena of Technology led marketing services, in UK retailing.

My client has developed a cutting edge MRM platform, enabling Marketing teams to control marketing communications and activity more efficiently, and effectively. You will work with my clients customer facing account teams, to deliver successful deployments of the modular software tool.

Key activities include:

• Operational discovery – Identify current state improvements for marketing operations


• Improvement Roadmap – Align/prioritise system enhancements to client’s business needs and opportunities for value realisation.


• Development scoping – scope system changes: process flows, visual storyboards and functional components.


• Project Manage deployment cycle – including project schedule and resource plan


• Contribute to on-going system development – new standard functions aligned to client and market needs.


• Provide pre-sales support – assist my clients’ sales and pre-sales teams in developing and presenting strong business cases for new business.

• Proactive contribution to the on-going evolution of the Software tool

Must Haves:

• Min 3 years Project Management experience in a cloud-based software environment


• Recognised Project Management qualification


• Ideally an understanding of retail marcoms operations


• Excellent communication skills, written and oral


• Client centric


• Full driving licence
