Junior Recruitment Consultant – HR Perms

Basic to £25k

OTE c. £30-40k Dependent on billings

The Person:

Junior Consultant required for Perm or Interim team, working in a busy, successful HR Recruitment team. You will need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer, with a track record of successful activity. Must be well presented, credible, with strong communications skills, confident and willing to learn. Able to work in a successful team.

The Role:

Junior HR Consultant required for successful HR team based in the City. Working in a team of 5 you will receive full training and support to learn the market. You will initially undertake the role of a Resourcer/Associate, shadowing the team and resourcing candidates along with developing knowedge about the market, before progressing to the client side of the role. Great opportunity to learn and develop as a Trainee Consultant in the HR Market.
