Team Assistant – 6 Month FTC
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Assistant to join an amazing company based in Central London. This is an exciting 6 month contract with a company that is world renown and which will give you’re CV an excellent boost.
As Team Assistant you will be responsible for providing a proactive, professional and effective support to Senior Management along as well as the rest of your team.
Your duties will include:
*Diary management – responsible for maintaining relevant diaries
*All work-related travel arrangements including visas, flights, accommodation and itineraries, ensuring adequacy and cost effectiveness of all arrangements
*Organise meetings as required, including identifying and managing appropriate cost effective venues / facilities, preparing documentation and taking minutes when required
*Project support – including co-ordination, administration, dealing with third parties, maintaining documentation / plans, etc.
*Administration – assisting in general administration (including expense reports, dealing with post, stationery, room bookings), processing invoices and purchase orders, management and maintenance of team records (e.g. leave, absence)
*Act as first point of contact for telephone enquiries / fielding calls for the team
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous PA or Team Assistant experience, be highly organised and proactive. You will also need an excellent operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and a basic knowledge of Excel.* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant within a high-profile organisation
