An outstanding opportunity for an experienced CFO to drive through a MBO within a rapidly expanding, PE backed Data Technology / Software as a Service business based in Central London. Candidates should be immediately available or available to commence to role at short notice.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious CFO to join a busy finance team whilst undertaking a MBO transaction. You will be responsible for formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives whilst the MBO is in process.

Job Description
-Report to the current CFO and CEO
-Represent all financial aspects of the MBO process
-Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team, working with them on the strategic vision of the company
-Take responsibility for the Group’s budget and financial forecasts during the MBO process both on a standalone basis and including potential acquisitions
-Take responsibility for financial sections of Management Presentations and Q&A sessions
-Participate in all financing, corporate structuring and other transaction related discussions
-Oversee financial due diligence report preparation and DD requests
-Act as a trusted advisor to the Directors undertaking ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements
-Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant CFO and Private Equity experience
-Candidates will ideally be immediately available or available at short notice
-Recent Exit experience from a Large PE Transaction / Management Buy Out (MBO)
-Significant fundraising and M&A experience
-Commercially focussed and genuine interest in the workings of a data technology / SAAS business
-High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload, demonstrate use initiative
-Team player with hands-on, can-do attitude -eager to learn and develop
-Confident, well presented with gravitas
