Everyone at Wandle plays a key part in helping those in housing need, and right now we’re looking for an insight professional to join our Customer Experience team as Customer Insight Officer.About the role

In this new role, your main responsibility will be to enable the organisation to have an improved and meaningful understanding of customers’ needs, aspirations and behaviours resulting in more effective targeting of current services and design of future services.

Day to day, you will analyse customer profiling data in order to inform a clear customer segmentation strategy, you will lead on customer journey mapping processes, you will analyse customer feedback obtained through qualitative and quantitative research methods and ensure all findings are communicated effectively to a range of stakeholders, including residents and the executive team.

About you

We see you coming from a business improvement and analytical background, ideally with experience in a customer services environment. You will be able to analyse complex sets of data regarding customer experience, and drive through business and process change with your findings. In addition, the ideal candidate will have: Excellent communications skills, with experience of delivering detailed and complex information in an understandable format to a range of audiences (essential)Experience in utilising customer segmentation techniques (essential)Good attention to detail and experience working with and analysing complex data sets (essential)Strong analytical skills (essential)Experience of engaging users of services directly in research including focus groups (essential)Project management experience
