My client is looking for a general manager that understands fast paced, high volume environments, a general manager that has experience in high volume, multi faceted sites, a general manager that has experience leading a large team that includes several other managers and a general manager that has great commercial awareness.

Salary £35,000 – £40,000 pa Plus excellent bonus
Location- London
The following skills are required for this role
Excellent food focused background with understanding of relevant health and safety procedures
Experience in high volume or multiple sites.
Able to demonstrate longevity and commitment
Excellent market awareness and/or a background in branded food focused operations
A history in driving successful businesses that operate high turnovers.
At least 2 years at general manager level.
