My client are looking for high calibre graduates to recruit in to their specialist membership team! Graduate Membership Administrator responsibilities;
*Dealing with new business applications – updating and checking information on to computer records, maintaining spreadsheets.
Checking data to send to the mailing house and ensuring member records are accurate.
* Monitoring the renewals processes to ensure our members receive the relevant documentation in a timely manner.
* Taking telephone calls from corporate members, dealing with corporate member enquiries and associated administration work.
* Working closely with Marketing and our mailing house.
* Working closely with the Corporate Account Managers.
* To complete all required member correspondence and applications to agreed accuracy and productivity standards
* To ensure understanding and adherence to company and departmental schedule, policies and procedures at all times
* To ensure capture, evaluation and feedback on market and competitor activity, making recommendations for the improvement of products and services
* To take responsibility for the delivery of a world-class service, ensuring the retention and implementation of all provided training materials.
Graduate Customer Services Specialist knowledge, skill & experience requirements:
* Some form of administration or customer service experience is preferential.
* Degree educated
* Excellent commitment to service
* Ability to communicate effectively by letter, email and phone
* strong Numeracy, literary and MS office skills
