Business Transformation is a niche market which allows companies to make fundamental changes in how a business is conducted. Within Business Transformation, we focus on five different sectors: Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Oil & Gas, Renewables and Retail.

We have a position for a bright, ambitious graduate or undergraduate to join either now or in the summer once you have graduated, to become a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. In addition, we are looking for German speaking graduates who can operate from our UK or Munich office.

Key Responsibilities for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Job advert writing


• Candidate resourcing and cold Calling


• Candidate Interviews


• Lead Generation and business development


• Face-to-face meetings with clients


• Account Management

Training, Progression and Commission Structure for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• You will go on a 13 week training programme, whereby you need to pass different modules week by week. Here you will learn all about the whole recruitment cycle and business transformation as a market.


• We also have an in-house trainer to continuously support you.


• Your progression is determined by your performance, if you hit your targets, you will move up to a Senior Consultant!


• The percentage of commission you get is staggered, the more you bill for the company in one month, the higher the commission percentage you receive!

Our Ideal Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Degree level educated, grade must be 2:2 and above


• Someone that has something interesting about yourself- gap year, interesting internships, sporting achievements etc


• Track record of working hard and achievements
