Paradise Independent Living is a small but dynamic and innovative family run company in North London. We provide supported living accommodation with care to males that have experienced a brain injury which affects their cognitive abilities & mobility. The Service manager has experience as a CQC inspector and sets high standards in staff training and service delivery. Working with our brain injury customers include:

* escorting shopping, cinema, appointments, days out, holiday

* assisting with budgeting & medication

* teaching cooking skills

*assisting with keeping their rooms clean

*helping with personal care

* organising recreational activities

* liaising with professionals and families

* writing daily notes, support plans etc

* key working sessions

It’s rewarding when you see customers relearn lost skills and are able to do more and more for themselves .

We need staff that have:

The work is shift basis. Our schemes are staffed 24 hours 7 days a week, staff must be flexible to work daytime or evenings, weekends and sleepin duty at least 1 night per week. All our schemes are based in the same locality in Edmonton
