Our client is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the co – founders in London. Specifically you will undertake extensive diary management using MS Outlook – arranging meetings, lunches, booking meeting rooms with relevant facilities and greeting visitors. You will assist Directors with Events, Marketing, Editorial and other projects with responsibility for office systems and office management.


You’ll be a strong PA/Office Manager with a minimum of 1 year+ solid experience in an Executive Support role. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive, efficient, team focused approach. You’ll have a passion for online media, digital publishing, journalism, writing, popular culture, music and marketing.
