Job Title: Operations Administrative Assistant Department: Operations Location: Crystal Palace Football Club, Selhurst Park Type of Role: Full Time Reports to: Operations Director
The Team: The CPFC Operations team is based at Selhurst Park. The Team are responsible for all stadium/Training ground and associated facility issues including the day to day maintenance and any future developments. The team also deal with customer service, fan events, match day entertainment and the stewarding operation.
The Role: To provide administrative support to the CPFC operations team, including some or all of the following tasks:
- Data entry – ensuring files are all up to date
- Answering incoming calls
- Act as a personal assistant to the Operations Director
- Managing the Operations teams diaries
- Type up documents, for example letters and reports
- Set up and take minutes of all meetings for the department
- General day to day admin
- Process expenses
- Provide regular updates on department spend

- Confident on Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) Essential Skills/qualifications
