Opportunity:
Are you currently working in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry? Have you implemented a regulatory affairs Electronic Document Management System? Want to be part of a growing pharmaceutical company? Yes then this is the role for you.
Your role as a Regulatory Affairs Systems Manager based in Central London will involve implementing a new Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for the company.
Key duties include:
- Creating project plans using MS Project for the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System.
- Working directly with the 3rd party vendor on delivering the EDM System.
- Maintaining project management documentation such as RAID, PID, plans etc.
- Leading and accountable for the design of the regulatory documents architecture, approval workflows and access rights for the new EDMS.
- Designing, developing and delivering the training program for the Regulatory department including the setting of system ownership and super user training.
This is a full time 12 months contract with a great salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum and benefits such as holidays, pension, bonus, healthcare and much more.
Skills:

- A life science degree.
- Significant Regulatory Affairs management experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience of managing/controlling an EDMS for regulatory functions.
