Restaurant and Bar Manager
Our client, a popular bar and grill based in Wimbledon, is looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager to manage the team and ensure the restaurant continues to deliver a friendly and attentive level of customer service.
As the Manager you will be responsible:
- To ensure that all team members are delivering excellent customer care and are aware of Restaurant and Bar facilities and styles of service
- To liaise with the FOH and Kitchen teams to ensure that all food and beverages served are of the required standard and that a high level of cleanliness is maintained within the entire venue
- To carry out training of all new members of staff – ensuring they are familiar with Menus and can take orders and post correctly using EPOS system
- To plan rotas according to business requirements
- To ensure that maximum revenue is achieved by reaching targets and upselling To ensure the required GP% is achieved on all food and beverage sales
- To assist in the marketing and promotion of the venue
Given the scope of these duties, you will need to have worked to a management level in a similar style operation and be confident of your ability to train and motivate your team – whether they be front or back of house.
