Search / Recruitment Specialist - The Freelancer Club - London

A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual with 3+ years recruitment experience. The Freelancer Club, an online members club for creative talent, are looking for a search / recruitment specialist to source opportunities and develop partnerships. The successful candidate will have exceptional research capabilities, excellent communication skills and an ability to spot opportunities. In addition, candidates must have a proven history of developing relationships with other companies. The role does not require placing candidates, solely the sourcing of the positions and development of relationships.

The role will involve online research as well as attending events and meetings. In addition to working within the UK market, the successful candidate will operate in US markets too starting with New York.

This role is for a forward thinking, ambitious individual who wishes to be apart of a rapidly expanding startup.

Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to University level and have spent at least 3 years working within recruitment and/or partnership develop.

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, keen to progress within a small business, enjoys dealing with people and can work towards targets. As well as this you will be presentable, possess excellent communication, organising and team working skills, be open and honest, and have the desire to build a successful career.

Location: London

Salary : negotiable based on experience (salary listed is an arbitrary figure)
