Trainee recruitment consultant
We are a leading financial services recruiter, specialising in the field of mortgages, investment, pension and protection. F S People have been established for 15 years and have a strong client base including leading banks, mortgage brokerages, estate agents, wealth managers and life companies.
We are now looking for a trainee recruiter to join us.
You will be based in Buckhurst Hill with frequent travel into London to meet candidates and clients where required.
Unlike many recruitment roles, you will NOT be cold calling candidates and you will have access to all roles without having to find them yourself.
On joining us you will be fully trained in recruitment and our related industry of financial services.
Please note : This is NOT a high pressure target driven environment
The right person will be smart, a strong communicator and able to organise their own work. Most importantly, you should be keen to learn and to earn well.
We work Monday to Friday 9.00 – 6.00pm
The basic salary is subject to your experience and you will earn bonus on every placement you make. A realistic year one income of around £25,000 is very attainable. From then on its up to you !
