About the role


The role is based in London, UK and is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, exciting and growing multi-national company. TNZI is a leading provider of voice and software services for retail, enterprise and wholesale customers globally.


This position is responsible for growing an existing international customer base which includes some of the biggest names in the communications and technology industries. The role would suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, has a strong passion for sales and ideally some experience dealing with major Carriers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.


As this is an international business, you will be comfortable working different hours and travelling internationally from time to time. There will be at least 3 major international conferences that you will attend each year, in destinations such as Chicago, Las Vegas, Hawaii.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Generation of sales leads and opportunities within the Telco industry in Europe, Middle East & Africa

  • Manage existing relationships and sales

  • Negotiate customer and supplier deals

  • Provide general analytical and forecasting in support of business cases

  • Represent TNZI at relevant domestic or international events

  • Regularly meet and interact with your portfolio of customers

  • Indirect leadership of staff

You will be able to demonstrate:


  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or other related discipline

  • Existing network of contacts within small and large Carriers in Europe, Middle East & Africa

  • Great analytical and numeric understanding

  • Ability to work unsupervised and remotely from your direct Manager

  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to present complex solutions in an understandable format

  • Well-developed relationship building and time management

  • An ability to learn and understand the telecommunications industry
