Talent Resouring Manager - Professional services City 50K




My client is seeking a Talent Resourcing Manager to join the London based recruitment and resourcing team. This is a Maternity cover on an initial 9 – 12m FTC basis.


The Talent Resourcing Manager (TRM) is a trusted advisor to the business; ensuring recruitment best practice is adhered to and promotes quality and diversity in terms of our workforce and the services we deliver.


The TRM is responsible for supporting the delivery of the people and business strategies through:


• Developing, delivering and implementing a robust recruitment and talent acquisition strategy


• Proactive talent sourcing and acquisition through a ‘hands on’ approach • Recruiting and selecting in line with my clients competancy and behavioral requirements


• Leading the adherence of the end to end recruitment process


• Contributing to the achievement of the Divisional and Corporate HR metrics


• Reporting to the HR Director for EMEA, the TRM will work closely with senior leadership across the business area. The TRM will demonstrate in all activities a corporate level view of recruitment and talent management.


• Whilst the TRM will have a hands-on role in delivering recruitment services on a daily basis, the emphasis of this role is on proactively sourcing. This will ensure that there is a pipe line of candidates ready to be recruited into the business.


• The TRM is a member of the Talent Resourcing Team, which has a wider remit to deliver recruitment and selection services in a range of corporate level areas such as assessment.


Key tasks for the role include:


Tactical & Strategic Activity


• Work closely with HR BPs and Business Leads in order to set the Recruitment Strategy in alignment with business strategy


• Work with the HR Business Partners to generate a Sourcing Strategy and Workforce Plan


• Maintain a talent map of internal and external talent to target for future roles


• Lead and assist with the implementation and compliance of recruitment policies and procedures


Talent Sourcing & Selection


• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates


• Conduct regular speculative interviews


• Recruit senior roles through the direct sourcing channels


• Develop selection methods to suit requirements of the business and in line with Corporate guidelines


Business Support


• Network internally to fully understand the business and Line Managers’ recruitment needs


• Work with the Hiring Managers to agree sourcing plan


Corporate Support


• Work closely with the Group HR Director and HR Management Team to provide corporate level support in areas such as assessment centers, career fairs etc.


Brand Awareness


• Raise brand awareness through external PR channels, such as social media and professional networking. Arrange and plan external recruitment events where necessary


Process


• Supporting the end to end recruitment process:


• Refining job specifications and adverts by working collaboratively with Hiring Managers


• Reviewing applications


• Shortlisting applications


• Arranging interviews


• Ensure all recruitment documentation is updated in a timely manner


• Ensure the recruitment Applicant Tracking System is updated in a timely and accurate manner


Desired Skills and Experience


Interested candidates will ideally have a track record of recruiting within professional services organizations. Knowledge of the property industry and market would be useful but is not essential. The key to the success of this role is excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
