Global Network Manager – London


Salary: £40,000 – £55,000


An international Insurer seeks a Global Network Manager in London to be responsible for providing governance and management for network partners in order to increase service. The initial focus will be North/West Africa and Latin America, though this may change and overseas will form part of this role (c20%).


The Global Network Manager will work closely with distribution and Underwriters to facilitate the placement of multinational business into countries where there is no operation or license. Duties will include giving technical advice to internal stakeholders in respect of territorial analysis and servicing capabilities of approved partners, as well as being the main point of contact for all issues emanating from appointed partners and ultimately resolving such issues. Further duties will include the identification, selection and on boarding of partners, ongoing performance management and the proactive identification of upcoming changes in local legislation / regulation in countries with a network partner. The successful candidate will also maintain strong relationships with Regional Offices in the Insurer’s network including Finance and claims.


Language skills are essential for this role; applicants must be able to speak French, and Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic fluency would also be very advantageous.
Experience in a relationship management environment is also sought alongside strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. A high level of technical knowledge of multinational programs with an intimate knowledge of territorial issues would be ideal as well as knowledge of all major commercial lines (though specialists would also be considered).
