Summary

We are looking for someone super-special – someone who will welcome all potential customers with both friendly and first-class service. In order to maximise sales opportunities you will be confident in traffic-stopping customers, passionate about demonstrating the products and determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals as agreed with the Account Manager, through traffic stopping customers and demonstrating products according to Training practises.

Teamwork: Everyone is expected to work together and help each other in all tasks associated with the Benefit business.

Promotions and Special Events: Supporting any business-building idea or innovation (e.g. on counter, features, outposts, inter-departmental link-ups and outside demonstrations etc.)

Administration: A daily worksheet must be completed to record all personal sales. The Account Manager may request help with additional administration issues.

Stock: Alert Account Manager to potential out of stock situations, and assisting Account Manager with stock checks/counts, as requested.

Standards: You are the face of Benefit Cosmetics to every customer and the Store, therefore, personal grooming guidelines should be adhered to and the Benefit uniform should be worn at all times during working hours. Make-up (Benefit make-up) should be worn at all times whilst representing Benefit.

Staff Rotas: All Team Members are expected to adopt a flexible approach to provide the most effective coverage of counter during store opening hours. Coverage should reflect the key shopping hours in the Store, therefore, it is essential that all Saturdays are worked unless on annual leave or in special circumstances.

Hygiene and Housekeeping: You will help to ensure that the Benefit Counter is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
