Requirements:
What we need:

• Operator with restaurant experience – either branded or independent.


• Someone that is just as happy being at the coal face with customers as they are defining processes and also being strategic with their people plan – we’ll be a lean management team so we need those who can get stuck in wherever they’re needed.


• A people person. You take genuine interest in helping others succeed and lead by example.


• A real food fan. ¾ of our menu will be made from scratch on site, so a passion for ensuring everything is prepped in a consistently excellent manner is essential.
