Security Team Leader- STLF54 - Wilson James Ltd - Westminster

A Duty Security Team Leader is required for a prestigious site in London. You will be responsible for the daily running of the security operation and overseeing the effectiveness of the security positions.

You will be expected to cover in gaps where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances and you must be able to show you have experience of monitoring, supervising and motivating staff. You will be expected to check on the well being of your team members and control all lost and found items ensuring documentation is completed.

You will be expected to train your team members is procedures and ensure that all personnel have had an adequate handover.

For this exciting position you will need a Door Supervisor License and it would be beneficial to have a First Aid and CCTV license.

Full Time position- 42 hours per week

Pay rate- £11.87 per hour
