Excellent newly created role for a Compliance Assistant job for a leading Lloyd’s syndicate. This well established business is located in the City of London within the insurance district. They are currently looking to hire a Compliance Assistant due to growth within the business.

Your new role

This role will be working closely with all areas of the business and integrating specifically with operations and underwriting. Your main responsibility will be to support the business through delivering effective compliance monitoring, oversight and advice. You will be required to deliver the implementation of the business-facing related elements of the Risk & Compliance Plan as well as provide advice to the business on all compliance related queries.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have strong knowledge of FCA regulations and have experience within the Lloyd’s Market. You will have worked previously in a broker or a managing agency. You will have excellent communication skills, proven stakeholder management experience and have the ability to work well and integrate with all areas of the business.
