The Senior Regeneration Development Surveyor will be responsible for managing the delivery and implementation of a number of complex property development and regeneration projects across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the wider LLDC area such as Hackney Wick and Bromley by Bow. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will lead a number of projects through from inception, negotiation and subsequent disposal or implementation. You will be experienced in managing planning and delivery negotiations and structuring development agreements or other commercial arrangements with private and public sector partners. We are particularly looking for experience in either high end residential development and/or employment led mixed use regeneration.

The ideal candidates will be Chartered Surveyors with substantial post-qualification experience in public sector property development, development appraisals and viability & funding models. You will also need to have up-to-date knowledge of property and planning law and regeneration best practice and be able to complete reports and other project documentation to a high standard.
