TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER
My client is a leading procurement and supply chain management services organisation who service the construction sector. The company provide savings to the public and private sector buyers by streamlining procurement procedures by reducing risk, creating cost efficiencies and helping buyers engage with new supplier’s inclusive of SME’s and local companies.
My client is seeking to hire two Territory Account Managers, one with a focus on central London with the second focusing on the South East, the successful candidates will be expected to work remotely when they’re not on the road visiting prospects.
BASIC SALARY BETWEEN £30,000 – £35,000 PLUS BONUS (£12K – £15K), CAR OR CAR ALLOWANCE, PENSION AND 25 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE PLUS PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Basic role tasks;
* Exceed monthly new business revenue targets
* Look to increase current spend across a pool of accounts by upselling the breadth of services
* Work with Account Leads to ensure smooth transition of accounts after they’ve been passed across
* Develop and build a sales funnel including analysis
* To hit a minimum requirement of weekly/monthly visits
Candidate Experience
Knowledge of the construction industry
Educated to degree level
Strong communication and rapport building skills
Consultative sales approach
Demonstrate your ability to up-sell and cross-sell
Confident and driven
Territory planning and time management skills
