HR Business Partner/Director, Up to £90K Base + £7500 Car Allowance + Up to 30% Bonus = OTE £125,000 per annum, Great Global Blue Chip Company !!!!
The Client:
The company is leading global information and technology services company providing clients in with end-to-end solutions to measure and improve their performance. The company’s 15,000 employees blend global consistency and local market knowledge across 100 countries to help clients run their operations more efficiently.
Role Purpose:
The key responsibilities of this role will be to lead a successful human resources function across the Consulting arm of the business (Approx 500 Employees with a $180 Million turnover)
The role will take ownership in driving and managing all phases of human resources for a mid-sized market/critical part of a large region.
Although Director in title the position covers both operational and strategic partnering with the business, providing subject matter expertise and direction for the business/function on human resources issues.
This position will typically support multiple senior executives/management in the business.
Principal Accountabilities:
Understands business partner/client markets and with guidance from VP, Human Resources translates business partner/client goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results.
Provides guidance and oversees management of human resources activities such as recruitment, performance review, benefits, training and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring senior management intervention.
Develops and implements human resources plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and are consistent with business goals.
Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Organizes plans for human resources initiatives in collaboration with senior HR Leadership or HR specialist and integrates those plans across businesses/functions to ensure synergy and coordination.
Communicates human resources strategies, initiatives, and processes to client businesses.
This individual will also:
Drive HR processes to: resolve employee relations and communications issues by proactively analyzing and communicating findings to management along with solutions to enhance current state.
Design and implement changes in organizational structure and processes, work design, team-based processes and organizational communications.
Analyse trends within the organization in turnover, hiring, promotions and separations to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends.
This role will have heavy emphasis on change management and organizational structure. You will also be accountable to align roles and develop job descriptions working with business leaders and corporate compensation teams.
Ideal Background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 10 (10) years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as national and local laws.
Change Management experienced leading a large multi-national business.
Excellent interviewing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Effective relationship building skills and consultative approach.
