The Pre16 learning area is a diverse, unique and innovative department that is rapidly expanding and looking for talented, inspiring and enthusiastic staff to join the team.

You will play a central role in the delivery of study programs for Pre- 16 students, who may be disaffected from mainstream education and may exhibit challenging behaviour. Ensuring that students receive daily support and activities that encourage motivation and participation, you will also identify at risk learners and work closely with, teachers and staff. To lead core activities that develops academic, personal and employability skills.

Successful candidate will hold GCSE A-C in English and maths and accredited training and have experience of working with pre 16 students, students with emotional behavioural difficulties and working in a multi-cultural environment
