We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Network Engineer to join a very established team, we need dynamic candidates that can work alone and as part of a team, ideally with experience of real network infrastructures and not just exams/book experience. The candidate will be based in East London/City, but will support nationwide (predominately remotely, however, occasionally travel to other sites when needed). Additionally the requirement is to be confident and clear in the articulation of issues and root causes and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Cisco Switching and routing (CCNA or above)


• Juniper Switching and Routing


• HP Switching & Routing


• Firewalling – Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, McAfee, Palo Alto, Fortinet


• VPN technologies – Juniper, Cisco


• WIFI – Aruba, Aerohive, Cisco


• Two Factor – RSA, Freja


• Understanding of data classifications and segregation


• Voice Solutions – Mitel, Nortel/Avaya, Cisco and Alcatel

Successful Candidates Will Also Have;

• Significant experience working with Cisco/Juniper


• Proven track record with Network Engineering experience in a technical support/design environment


• Good knowledge of CCNA, CCIE and/or CISSP


• Innovative, positive, proactive & readily embraces a challenge

Candidates will be required to gain SC/MV clearance for working within a secure (Police) environment.
