There is currently a vacancy to join our successful Property Investment and Development Company. The position will require a well-presented, organized candidate to play an important supporting role through the delivery of excellent administrative service. We are looking for:
— Office Administrator
— 40 Hours a week (5 days) 9-5pm (Monday to Friday)
— Professional working environment in North West London location (Hendon)
The role will involve:
— Working with the Managing Director to complete all administrative duties;
— Providing day-to-day office support where necessary to ensure smooth operation;
— Efficiently managing all administrative tasks including notifications, responding to correspondence (letters, emails) ensuring they are dealt with effectively and swiftly;
— Answering calls, following up on all stages, liaising with agents, solicitors;
— Assist in coordinating and keeping diaries, appointments, property visits, etc;
— Receiving and processing mail, all paperwork including leases, contracts, etc;
— Book keeping – VAT and reconciliations
— SAGE
— Banking
— Updating spreadsheets and files
Person specification
You will be a graduate with at least one year’s experience in a similar environment within the real estate/property industry. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.Experience in a small office environment as well as good attention to detail is essential alongside a good work ethic. Ideally available to start in September.
