LIVE TRUE LONDON is a fashion forward salon concept designed around the theme of authenticity. We currently have seven salons London wide and are growing fast.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operations Support to support our Operations Manager and salon teams.

Job Role

– Resolve operational issues.

– Provide excellent customer service.

– Manage operational expenses.

– Update internal operation procedures and documents as needed.

– Place supplier orders and maintain spreadsheets of orders.

– Liaise with salons and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure repairs are carried out on a timely basis.

– Training salon reception teams and maintaining good relationships.

– Liaising between salons and finance to ensure that all correct documentation is in place.

– Booking models.

– Liaising with the academy and the salons.

– Ensuring that salon teams follow instructions from management and provide an excellent customer experience.

Skills and Experience

– Ability to work under pressure.

– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

– Proactive, commercially minded and a team player.

– Friendly and approachable demeanour.

– Previous operational experience desirable.

– Understanding of excellent customer service.

– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
