Sales / Lettings Negotiator - Red Property Partnership - London W1K

We’re currently looking for someone with estate agency experience to assist us in dealing with a high number of instructions throughout Central London. Over the last 18 months our office has grown from 1 to 3 people, however the number of instructions and deals has continued to grow.

We’re a small close team so the personality must match. We’re looking for the following

Someone with

– Good Understanding of Excel, Word, Email
– Good Communication Skills
– Excellent Phone Manner
– Time Keeping Skills

Understanding of the business is a bonus but not essential.

If you have a background of CFP WinMann and Vebra Alto then you’re in a stronger position.

Salary is £18,000
10% commission up to £100,000 and 15% thereafter.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays and flexible Christmas/NYE depending on days.
