2nd Line Engineer – Euston – £25-32K

Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, Citrix, San, Remote Server TCP/IP, DMS, Networking

An established Managed Service Provider based in London requires an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join their team and deal with escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and 2nd Line troubleshooting. This individual must be extremely comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Exchange, VMware and medium size business IT environment.

Are you confident communicating with people by telephone, email and in person up to a senior level?
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
***Good communication skills and potential to learn new technologies
***Windows and Macs OS’s (IOS / OSX)
***Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
***Exchange 2013
***Office 365

Desirable:
**Experience working for a Managed / Hosting Service Provider
**Microsoft Certifications
**Experience working with SAN storage
