Job overview:
Ink is the largest travel media company in the world and we are creating the role of Marketing Automation Manager. We are looking for someone who can both form and deliver a top-of-funnel marketing strategy.
In particular, the Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for helping the Communications & Insight teams to develop, activate and track an automated marketing strategy that results in high-quality sales leads, as well as helping disseminate Ink’s key messages and core values among clients and industry alike.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Communications & Insight teams to help define and execute a CRM-based marketing strategy to increase media sales across Ink’s print, digital and targeted advertising propositions
Identify the most suitable marketing automation tool for Ink’s business needs and implement its use
Heavy emphasis on: prospect segmentation, lead nurturing, lead generation and campaign analytics
Develop, schedule and track Ink’s email and business-to-customer marketing campaigns
Open clear lines of communication with Ink’s sales teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are co-ordinated, relevant and timely
Help propagate Ink’s brand values, proprietary insight and take-to-market messages
Disseminate the above messages amongst Ink’s key target markets (clients, agencies, travel industry, trade press and passengers)
Help create and update Ink’s marketing collateral (media packs, case studies, look-books etc.)
Be a key contributor to the communications team
Must haves:
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on marketing automation
Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management
Experience working with marketing automation tools: Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot etc.
Ability to prioritise, identify efficiencies and consistently deliver quality work
Excellent communicator with fluent written and spoken English
Rigorous attention to detail
Proven project management skills and experience supporting sales organisations
Nice-to-haves:
Previous experience in a media sales/advertising environment/
Languages, particularly German, Spanish or French
Knowledge of the Travel Industry
