United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Email & SMS Channel Manager


Oxfam are looking for a dynamic, experienced and passionate digital channel manager for Email & SMS. Email is a hugely important channel for Oxfam as we build on relationships with our supporters, inspiring them about the work that we do and persuading them to contribute their time, money or voice to us. SMS is also vital, an increasingly significant direct response channel for supporters both young and old.


You’ll already be running creative and cutting-edge campaigns for a large organisation, advising colleagues at the highest level, making your case with persuasion, insight and data. Your view will be user-centric, putting users at the forefront of the planning process. You will have an opinionated and intuitive knowledge of the best email creative, but be willing to test your knowledge. You’ll share Oxfam’s goal of an end to the injustice of poverty, and want to bring the skills and knowledge you have to make our email & SMS channels central to achieving this.


The position is based in Oxford but some flexibility is possible.
