Role overview
VSO’s Global Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for recruitment marketing as well as brand stewardship. The right candidate will help us generate high levels of applications for our youth programmes as well as being able to target highly skilled, professional people to apply for longer term placements. VSO is a strong heritage brand, we are looking for someone who can help us position it better in the global market. The job description will be reviewed as part of the ICS consultation.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
An experienced marketing professional with knowledge of audience insight, media buying and building brand campaigns; a passion for international development is essential as is an understanding of the role volunteers can play in fighting global poverty.
