Assistant Store Manager - Private White V.C. - London W1K

Purpose:

• A great opportunity to work in our flagship store in Mayfair.


• As Assistant Store Manager you will lead a team ensuring the Company provides exemplary customer service at all times.


• Through your passion for the brand and leadership skills you will help ensure the team maximise sales and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside the Retail Director to identify training and development needs of the business.


• Using your commercial acumen ensure all operational and administrative systems are adhered to.


• Provide support to the Retail Director by ensuring that the store complies with aspects of the Company’s Stock Control procedures.


• Contribute to the achievement of sales and individual productivity goals in order to maximise customer conversion and add on selling results by closely monitoring the team’s KPI performances.


• Work closely with the Store and Head Office teams to provide effective feedback in the quest for retail perfection.

Personal Requirements:

• Demonstrable success gained as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor with a recognised brand.


• Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team through active management.


• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.


• Demonstrate sound commercial and brand awareness.
