IT Support Analyst, AD, Cisco, West London, up to £30k
IT Support Analyst, paying up to £30k is required by one of the UK’s leading travel Companies from their Head Office based in West London. As an IT Support Engineer you play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of the IT infrastructure in a busy environment. The workload will be varied and include a number of existing and new projects as the Company enter a crucial time of year.
As the IT Support Engineer, you will be vital to the maintenance of the Customer experience and have the ability to work well in a team as well as have excellent communication skills. The role will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and develop problem solving qualities.
The Company are looking for someone with the following technical skills and experience:
Supporting a Microsoft infrastructure including Windows 7 and Server 2003/08
Active Directory including Group Policy
Supporting VoIP, preferably Cisco systems
A good understanding of IP networking, TCP/IP and connectivity including switches, routers and firewalls
In return for a proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the Company will offer a salary of up to £30k.
