A highly sought after recruitment company that works throughout the UK are now seeking experienced education recruiters in London.

The successful candidate will have the pleasure of joining a warm desk, placing candidates across the region and with a number of reputable, loyal clients, you will be able to hit the ground running.

Your focus will be to provide an excellent service to schools and work to retain teachers at all levels.

Ideally the right candidate will already hold 1 years’ experience in the Education recruitment sector, however if you think your recruitment skills are outstanding but have a little less time within the industry, you may too be consider you for this role. This is therefore a great opportunity for someone wishing to develop their experience with a very well respected recruiter or wishing to move across to the extremely fruitful education sector.

You must be able to apply the below skills effectively to grow the business on your desk:

• Telesales


• Resourcing


• Interviewing – both telephone & face 2 face


• Administration duties


• Business development


• Building strong relationships with both clients & candidates

You must be a self-starter for this position and have ambition along with a colourful personality. You will have fantastic attention to detail, with a proven track record. Training and coaching will be given to you to help you grow and climb the ladder in your recruitment career.
