Trainee Recruitment Consultant - London Academy


Recruitment Consultants needed urgently! Graduate Role – No experience required!


Spencer Ogden are looking for fresh graduates to join our Academy for a 2 week intensive training course before starting work within your specific, niche market.


What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK with 7,000 recruitment business operating in the UK alone and of those business there are 90,000 people employed in the industry. 7.3% growth expected in the recruitment industry between January 2014 and December 2015 and with stats like that it’s not surprising that companies are able to offer unlimited potential earnings, career opportunities and potentially international transfers.
You will start out as a trainee consultant upon completion of your academy, based on your performance and skill in the role you will be raised up to 360 Consultancy level managing all stages of the process.
With that comes more responsibility, including business development and client relationship management. You will then have the autonomy to run your own desk and build your market being respected in the industry as an expert.
