THE ROLE
With a number of long-standing accounts and recent business wins there is now an opportunity for an Account Director to join their growing team!
This is a broad and hand’s on role where you will play the lead across two of the agencies largest accounts.
As an Account Director you will be responsible for;
*Heading up multiple key business accounts
*Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders
*Understanding the client’s business and market
*Planning the strategy across the accounts
*Overseeing the delivery of each projects to ensure it meets expectations
*Managing the overall account commercials (budgets, forecasting and P&L)
*Upselling and cross selling services
*Guiding and managing a team (Account Manager and Account Executives)
*Analysing and reporting on campaign performance
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this position we are looking for strong Senior Account Managers or Account Directors who come from an agency background. It is important that you have an understanding of the full marketing mix – experience in B2B campaigns would be advantageous.
You will be a leader, a team player and will come will have a consultative approach with clients, We are looking for a mature leader who has the ability to strategically advise ad direct clients, manage account commercials and ensure that client needs are being met.
