Ad-hoc Bookkeeper, ongoing role £12p.h, Central London
This is a really fantastic opportunity to work continuously with a well known PR and Events company based in Central London where they get involved in various entertainment, live events and shows!
Currently recruiting for an ad-hoc bookkeeper to work various flexible hours, your primary role would be to handle the financial transactions of the company. You will be responsible for;
- invoice flow and travel expenses
- control and bookkeeping of salaries and wages
- intercompany invoices
- payment of all operating expenses and taxes
- contact with auditors
- closing of accounts (quarterly reporting to head office including draft tax computations)
- bank reconciliations and credit control
- preparation of annual budget
The ideal candidate should have;
- experienced bookkeeping with good knowledge of accounting
- good knowledge on English law and regulatory reporting
- experience of using SAGE computer software is a MUST
- open and positive attitude
- good communication skills
- good IT skills
This role is to start on an ad-hoc basis with various flexible hours being offered. Eventually the role will develop into a full time permanent role.
