My client is a successful minicab/ transport provider offering a wide range of services to its clients. They pride themselves on service, reliabilty and efficiency with over 300 vehicles for Minicabs/Taxis/Luxury cars on the road, thus enabling them to offer a 5 minute on-demand Minicab/Taxi service in most locations in and around London.

Vacancy Type: Apprenticeship
Location: London, West W3 London
Working Week: 35 – 40 hrs per week, various shifts
Holiday Entitlements: 20 days + bank holidays
Wage/ Salary: £175-200/week
Job Description:
- Answer clients’ telephone enquiries
- Updating existing websites with supplied content. Creating simple media content (audio, video, graphics, text) for existing websites etc.
- Using social media applications to disseminate information and engage with potential users of the organisation’s products or services
- Updating Database
- Data Entry
- Customer Liaison
- Other admin duties as required, support to senior management
The ideal candidate:
- Good level of computer literacy, specifically basic understanding and usage of MS Word and Excel
- Good level of communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner

- Well organised and efficient
- The ability to manage multiple or complex tasks
- Have an interest in design and creativity with a flair for creating audio, video and other multimedia products

Apprenticeship Information:This is an apprenticeship job role whereby the successful candidate will be working towards a nationally recognised qualification whilst being in full time work.
You will be visited once/twice a month by a personal tutor from Apprenticeship Connect at your workplace for a 2-3 hour training session. You will not be required to attend college as all training is delivered within your workplace. The apprenticeship lasts for a duration of 12 months with the prospect of being kept on full time upon completion.
Training to be provided:
Level 2/3 Diploma in Business Admin/ Marketing/ Customer Service (QCF)
Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths at Level 1, and ICT at Level 2
