Business Development Executive – Nr Notting Hill – Great Company!!


£30,000 basic with OTE of £55,000 (uncapped commission)


As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building up business through gaining new customers and accounts.


My client is looking for another outstanding Business Development Manager to join their Business Development team. You’ll need to be talented, ambitious and eager to learn. This is a role with huge potential and unlimited growth prospects. You’ll need to be an excellent sales person with drive and determination, fantastic communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build long term relationships. You should be equally comfortable dealing with potential clients in person or over the phone.


The Role


  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Working closely with other members of the team to generate/win deals

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships

  • Liaising with various parts of the business i.e. Marketing, Finance and Sales

Candidate Profile


  • 3+ years sales background

  • Good business sense

  • Excellent negotiating skills

  • Previous experience at cold calling essential

  • Experience in dealing with larger merchants face to face

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, but able to work as part of a team

  • Good organisational and time-management skills

  • A positive attitude and pro-active nature

  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information

  • A smart appearance and professional manner

  • Enjoy networking and meeting new people
