Customer Service & Administration - Treat Gifts - Wembley HA9






Join this high-growth company based in NW London


Treat Gifts is the leading UK specialist for personalised gifts and is looking to hire someone to join our team in a customer service/ admin role.


Responsibilities would include:
– Helping customers place orders
– Answering phones and replying to customer emails
– Assisting customers in tracking their orders online
– Working with courier companies to ensure parcels reach customers successfully
– Helping manage customer returns


The person who would be perfect for this type of role will have the following qualities:
– Fluent English speaker with excellent telephone manner and written communication
– Strong work ethic, hardworking, and always on time
– Fun, confident, and bubbly personality with a real interest in people
– Excellent computer skills – confidence with MS Excel is crucial
– Available full-time (Mon-Fri)- Hours are 9am to 6pm
– You must have the right to work in the UK


The position is a permanent role, subject to a trial probation period. For the right candidate there will be excellent opportunities in the future.
