Evening Receptionist - University College London - London
Applications are invited for the post of receptionist.
The post holder is the first point of contact for all UCL and external enquiries about CLIE courses, and deals with these directly or forwards requests to the relevant staff. They process incoming and outgoing mail. The post holder will work
one
evening a week for 4.5 hours between 5:30-10:00pm Monday – Friday.
Key Requirements
Candidates should have experience of a British higher education institution and of dealing with overseas students/staff. They should also be computer literate, have good organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise their workload.
Experience of working in a busy reception team is desirable.
