PQE REQUIRED:2 – 10 PQE

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
Residential Conveyancer – An exceptional and highly regarded team are looking to expand with organic growth and seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Residential Solicitor to join their busy team. The successful Residential Conveyancer will have had at least 2 years’ PQE experience on handling their own caseload of Sales & Purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will have the ability to build excellent working relationships with estate agents and other external professionals.
